St Louis came from 4 runs down on Thursday to defeat the Cincinnati Reds 7-5. The amazing thing about this win was the fact they did it with 15 singles and no extra base hits!
Keisler went just 3 1/3 innings allowing 6 hits and 4 runs. Two of those runs were home runs given to Ross and Phillips.
Winning pitcher was Springer 1-0 and Isringhausen with his 6th save of the season. Lohse was the losing pitcher 1-1.
Shumaker had three hits for the Cardinals while 4 additional batters had two hits each.
